I used to OH the normal, but I could not deny the feeling of lowering because it was flat, so I was riding with the preload as the strongest.

I finally ran 500km because the cab was in trouble (^^)

There is no sensation of the ass bouncing and playing, as if they were sticking to the road surface. The preload is also adjusted from our weight at the shipping stage, and I am looking forward to riding it.

リアサスペンションがへたってきた時のサイン
Sign when the rear suspension is worn out
・ During cornering, the car body becomes fluffy and the behavior becomes unstable.
・ The feeling of contact with the road surface is weak, and it swells due to cornering.
・ The bike bounces due to uneven road surface or deceleration zone, so you cannot run with confidence.
・ I feel that the car body is twisted at highway corners and highway seams.
・ Seat height drops too much when riding
・ Almost no effect can be felt even if the preload is adjusted.
For rear suspensions that have not been overhauled for years, the damage inside may be severe and OH may be difficult or the OH cost to restore the original performance may be high.
ダンパー(減衰装置)の劣化が主な原因です。サスペンションは新車時(新品)をピークに、ダンパーの中にあるオイルや、部品が劣化していきます。
一般的に、ストリートでの使用を前提とした場合、10,000kmから20,000km(または2年に1度)のオーバーホール or 交換が推奨されています。
(純正・社外品を問わず同じです)
もちろん使用環境によって個人差はありますが、何十年、何万キロも使うことを前提に設計されていないのです。
同じバイク、同じライダー、同じ環境でおこなった高負荷走行テスト。
走行距離が伸びるにつれて、オイルの汚れがひどくなり、オイル粘度が低下します。いわゆる水っぽい状態(シャバシャバな状態)になるわけです。
するとダンパー本来の役割が果たせなくなり、サスペンションが急激に伸び・縮みしたり、路面の凹凸を通過した際、バイクが跳ね続けて不安定になります。
これがダンパーが劣化した状態、リアサスがへたった状態です。
乗り心地が悪くなるだけではなく、バイクの運動性能(安全性)におおきく影響します。
グレーの写真はフロントフォークオイルですが、リアサスのダンパーオイルも最終的に同じような状態になります。

Body
The body uses highly rigid forged aluminum. It is 1.1kg lighter than the genuine product. The rubber bush which reduces vibration is adopted as a mount part.
Installation does not require processing and can be installed by bolt-on.
Spring preload
(Initial adjustment mechanism)
Stepless preload (initial) adjustment is possible by using the attached tool.
For those who wish, we will check the rider's weight and intended use at the time of ordering, and then preload and ship.
Those who don't know much about suspension can ride with confidence.
Ride for a while, and once you get used to it, you can adjust it yourself and enjoy the changes.
Spindle rod (damper rod)
The spindle rod, which requires abrasion resistance and smooth stroke, is made by heat-treating the highest quality high-tensile steel to achieve outstanding strength and durability.
The surface is polished and mirror-finished in micron units, and then hard chrome-plated to increase the surface hardness.

Uses evenly spaced springs that do not change the rate during strokes and make it easy to adjust the settings.
Designed to achieve both light weight and long life, the high-precision springs produced under quality control that meets international standards continue to perform as specified even under harsh usage conditions.
The material is the finest silicon chrome steel. Corrosion resistance and long surface hardness have been achieved by powder coating, which is resistant to scratches and has excellent flexibility.
World-class quality control and 2-year warranty
Obtained the international quality management standard QS9000 / ISO9002 from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), which has its headquarters in Switzerland. YSS's high technology and thorough quality control were recognized.
In 2006, we obtained ISO / TS16949: 2002 certification from TÜV Rheinland in line with the integration of standards.
Using carefully selected raw materials for each of the components used, all are produced at our own factory by making full use of high-precision cutting equipment. The finished product undergoes thorough quality control using CP-controlled inspection equipment.
