I mainly run for day trips and shopping.
Q. How was it before you put it on?
Before the replacement, the shock was released, so I was afraid that it would be fluffy and the balance would be lost according to the unevenness.
Q. How long did you wear it and run?
I don't know because I haven't recorded the mileage at the time of installation, but I've been running about 1600km since installation.
Q. What kind of changes did you make after wearing it?
A sense of stability when cornering on uneven road surfaces such as deceleration zones. The point that I noticed again after the replacement is that the shock damping is just right.
Q. What kind of person do you recommend?
Is it suitable for people who want to go a little harder than usual in the vehicle speed range?

Even on rainy days, the sense of stability has improved significantly.
It was installed on February 21, 2020 (when installing the rear suspension, the Prolink etc. were cleaned and greased as much as possible).
The attached vehicle is a vehicle that is used every day for commuting (10km one-way city area).
The suspension is F100 / 90-18 R110 / 80-18 (installed by shock arm processing), and the front fork has been overhauled about 3 years ago.
As you can see in the picture, the rear carrier, box, radio, dashcam, etc. are fully equipped, so I think that the weight of the vehicle is about 20 kg heavier than the normal vehicle.
When I purchased the rear suspension, I emailed the condition of the vehicle and adjusted the preload.
I use it every day for commuting regardless of heavy rain or typhoon, so what I want from this bike is a sense of stability.
What I felt when I installed the YSS rear suspension was that there was no fluttering around the rear and it became smoother.
The vibration and flip-up of the entire vehicle due to the large gap has been clearly reduced. Even on rainy days, the sense of stability has improved significantly.
I didn't feel that other people said it was "a little harder".
As of August 13, 2020, it has traveled about 1700km since it was installed, but there is no change in appearance or ride quality.
I don't drive on circuits, passes, etc., so I'll give a detailed review to other people, but considering the current sales status of aftermarket parts of CB125T and the supply status of genuine parts, I think that it is a very grateful part. ..
I've been using the CB125T for commuting for about 10 years, but I couldn't OH the rear suspension, so I was looking for a used one with a short mileage at an auction and installing it. In the future, I would like to request OH and continue to use it for a long time if it becomes flat.

Main features of this product
-Both the damper (damping device) and spring rate (spring hardness) are designed to be slightly firmer than the genuine rear suspension.
・ Aluminum forged body that is 200g lighter and more rigid than the genuine product (shock weight 1.55kg)
-Because it is designed exclusively for the vehicle model, it can be installed by bolt-on without any processing.
-The adjustment mechanism is only preload (initial) adjustment, and by making it non-decomposable (OH not possible), we have reduced costs and made it possible to provide it at a reasonable price.

Body
A forged aluminum body that is 200g lighter and more rigid than the genuine suspension.
The suspension specially designed for the CB125T (JC06) does not require any processing and can be bolted on. (Also installed on reimported cars)
Designed to meet the diverse uses and purposes of riders, from city riding such as commuting to work and school, to long-distance touring with luggage, and sports driving such as mountain passes.
In development, we are conducting an actual driving test of 6,726 km in Japan.

It is intended for use in all situations, such as a 10 kg loading test and wet conditions in winter.
I also ran on the highway with care. (Light motorcycle registered vehicle)

Spring preload
(Initial adjustment mechanism)
Stepless preload (initial) adjustment is possible by using the attached tool.
After checking the rider's weight and intended use when ordering, we will adjust the preload before shipping. (Only for those who wish)
Those who don't know much about suspension can ride with confidence.
Ride for a while, and once you get used to it, you can adjust it yourself and enjoy the changes.

Spindle rod (damper rod)
The spindle rod, which requires abrasion resistance and smooth stroke, is made by heat-treating the highest quality high-tensile steel to achieve outstanding strength and durability.
The surface is polished and mirror-finished in micron units, and then hard chrome-plated to increase the surface hardness.

spring
Uses evenly spaced springs that do not change the rate during strokes and make it easy to adjust the settings.
Designed to achieve both light weight and long life, the high-precision springs produced under quality control that meets international standards continue to perform as specified even under harsh usage conditions.
The material is the finest silicon chrome steel. Corrosion resistance and long surface hardness have been achieved by powder coating, which is resistant to scratches and has excellent flexibility.



World-class quality control and 2-year warranty
Obtained the international quality management standard QS9000 / ISO9002 from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), which has its headquarters in Switzerland. YSS's high technology and thorough quality control were recognized.
In 2006, we obtained ISO / TS16949: 2002 certification from TÜV Rheinland in line with the integration of standards.
Using carefully selected raw materials for each of the components used, all are produced at our own factory by making full use of high-precision cutting equipment. The finished product undergoes thorough quality control using CP-controlled inspection equipment.
After the suspension is completed, it is shipped after being inspected by the person in charge and managed by serial number. The YSS suspension for the CB125T is backed by a two year warranty.
